Toot and Hoot Flute Studio - Terms and Conditions
1. Students must be on time for lessons. Lesson times may not be extended if students arrive late.
2. Lessons can be 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute
3. Lesson slots (day & time) are arranged between parents and teacher according to availability on both sides.
Cancellation
1. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, after which 50% of the class fee will be forfeited. For no-shows, 100% of the lesson fee will be forfeited.
2. Parents, not students, must communicate directly with the teacher any lesson cancellations or changes. In the case of older students, ages 16 and up, teachers may come to an agreement with parents and their student that lesson communication may be made by the student, but only upon advance mutual agreement between the teacher and parent.
Payments
1. Lessons are payable in blocks of 5 or 10 lessons, monthly payments, or upon mutual agreement with the teacher.
2. Lessons must be paid in advance before the lesson packages start.
Refunds and Re-scheduling
1. Parents are expected to continue lessons through to the end of a payment cycle. Terminating lessons at any time should be given through minimum 2 weeks notice.
2. Lessons can be rescheduled when the above cancellation policy has been met or when the teacher will make an accommodation based upon individual circumstances.
3. Only two lessons per term can be rescheduled. For the lessons that are rescheduled, the teacher will endeavor to the best of their ability to find a make-up slot suitable for the student.

Toot and Hoot Flute Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
